Aularis Group places private capital into commercial solar projects — real assets, contracted revenue, and meaningful federal tax advantages for the people who own them.
WHAT WE DO
We place private capital into commercial-scale renewable energy projects, giving high-income individuals and business owners direct ownership of the underlying asset. Our current projects use next-generation concentrated solar-thermal technology paired with thermal storage, so the project sells power on demand rather than only when the sun is out. Each acquisition is structured to combine the federal investment tax credit with 100% first-year bonus depreciation in a single transaction.

Why Now
Federal support for new solar credits is winding down on a schedule set by Congress. Projects that began construction before the cutoff carry years of runway under the prior rules. Projects starting today are racing a much shorter clock. Aularis sources from the first group, and that inventory is finite.
